Garlic Bread 3 Ways

For the garlic lover's and the not so garlic lovers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Loaf of Bread French or Sour Dough
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic If only doing a half of a loaf 1 clove is good.
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Salt

Instructions
 

1st way:

  • Preheat oven at 375 degrees
  • Grab your favorite loaf of bread and cut it in half across the length of the loaf.
  • Peel and cut one end off of the garlic.
  • Take the cut end of the garlic and rub this all over on the inside of the loaf.
  • Spread the butter on the inside of the loaf and place on a baking sheet with the inside of the bread facing up.
  • Put in the oven for 15 minutes or until it starts to brown on top.
  • Once the bread has browned, remove from the oven and let cool before slicing into individual portions.

2nd way:

  • You will start in a similar way as the first and preheat oven at 375 degrees
  • Grab your favorite loaf of bread and cut it in half across the length of the loaf.
  • Peel and cut one end off of the garlic.
  • Take the cut end of the garlic and rub this all over on the inside of the loaf
  • Spread the butter on the inside of the loaf.
  • Taking the same garlic, use a garlic press and press the garlic, then spread over the loaf. (Depending on how big the loaf is, you may need 2 or 3 garlic cloves.)
  • Sprinkle some salt on top, then place on a baking sheet with the inside of the bread facing up.
  • Put in the oven for 15 minutes or until it starts to brown on top.
  • Once the bread has browned, remove from the oven and let cool before slicing into individual portions.

3rd way:

  • Preheat oven at 375 degrees
  • Grab your favorite loaf of bread and cut it in half across the length of the loaf.
  • Spread butter on the inside of the loaf and place the bread on a baking sheet with the inside of the bread facing up.
  • Sprinkle garlic salt over the inside of the bread and put in the oven for 15 minutes or until it starts to brown on top.
  • Once the bread has browned, remove from the oven and let cool before slicing into individual portions.
