Crab Salad

This crab salad recipe goes great in sushi, poke bowl, or sushi bake!

Ingredients
  

  • 17.6 oz Imitation Crab Meat (about 30 pieces)
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Measure out all ingredients and place in a medium bowl:
  • To prep the crab meat, run through each stick of crab meat down the length of the stick with a fork (this will shred the crab meat quite easily).
  • Once the meat is shredded, gather it up and chop it into smaller pieces. Place the crab meat into the bowl.
  • Add in the mayonnaise, sriracha, and salt.
  • Mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
