Frozen Strawberries

Chocolate Protein Powder
Instructions
In a blender, pour in the milk, water, protein powder, and frozen strawberries.
Start on the lowest setting for your blender and slowly increase to the highest.
Repeat the last step until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
This smoothie can be a bit thick. If you want to thin it out more, add a tablespoon of water until you get the consistency you like.

*If you don’t have frozen fruit, you can use fresh fruit with 1 cup of ice
