This is the 2nd book the Veiled Kingdom Series by Holly Renee. I had to immediately start this book after how the first ended!
Summary:
Nyra is princess on the run (again), but this time, it is for her life. Her past was discovered by the rebellion and if the leader of the rebellion finds her, there is no telling what he’ll do to her. In this book, Nyra has to not only try to evade the rebellion but her fathers soldiers as well, for either (if she is captured) could mean death.
Overall take:
This book is your typical 2nd book and gives you tension, action, and mystery. Will Nyra escape, or will she be found and tortured (or possibly killed)? An easy read you can do in one day (if you’re a faster reader like me) and I can’t wait to read the next book!
Overall, the Hunted Heir is a great sequel with action, turmoil, and romance. If you like stories with Fae, enemies to lovers, and a lost princess, this book is for you! Remember, this book is part of a series and books 1, 2, and 3 are out!
